About Us

Creating Memorable Experiences Through Exquisite Catering

Madam Monique’s Kitchen started as a passion project. Chef Monique combined formal culinary training with a love for sharing food at gatherings. Over the years, the business evolved from intimate private dinners to full event catering. Today we deliver tailored menus and professional service for weddings, corporate events, birthdays and private chef experiences across Australia.

Founder's Background

A Journey Forged in Fire

I studied Hospitality in Commercial Cookery in a culinary school at Swan Tafe College from 2005 to 2007. Over the course of 19 years of experience in the industry, I have increasingly focused on high-end restaurants in 5 venues.

Having worked for Crown Perth Western Australia and Crown Metropole Maze, by Gordon Ramsay in Melbourne Victoria. I was promoted from commis chef to “Chef de partie” and since then, I have managed a range of kitchens, functions from fine dining to currently working with Ventia in the Australian Navy of which I control my own kitchen.

Cooking is my Passion and Art. It is a form of therapy, a creative expression, and a way to connect with my clients and myself.
